Melanie Lynskey

 
MELANIE LYNSKEY (Lauren)
won international acclaim for her debut performance in Peter Jackson's Heavenly Creatures, which earned her a Best Actress award in her native New Zealand. Since then she has had a very successful feature film career, co-starring in Flags of Our Fathers, Sweet Home Alabama, Ever After, Shattered Glass, Coyote Ugly and But I'm a Cheerleader, and playing the lead in another NZ film, Snakeskin. On the small screen, she appears regularly as Rose on the sitcom Two and a Half Men and has guest starred on The L Word, Psych and The Shield. Soon she appears in the features Away We Go, Leaves of Grass and The Informant.

Claustrophobia is Melanie's second feature with writer/director Mark Tapio Kines; their first collaboration was Foreign Correspondents.

 

Sheeri Rappaport

 
SHEERI RAPPAPORT (Gina)
made her television debut as a troubled teen in the series Clarissa Explains It All. Thus began a busy career on the small screen, with recurring roles on CSI (in which she still frequently appears as fingerprint expert Mandy Webster) as well as Xena, 7th Heaven, The District and NYPD Blue, where she starred for a season as Officer Mary Franco. Having also appeared in the TV movies For My Daughter's Honor, Two Voices and My Summer as a Girl, Sheeri gained a cult following for her starring role in the teen horror flick Little Witches.

Sheeri also guest-starred on Strong Medicine and appeared in the independent features The United States of Leland and Seeing Other People.

 

Mary Lynn Rajskub

 
MARY LYNN RAJSKUB (Grace)
plays computer expert Chloe O'Brian on the hit TV series 24, which has made her insanely popular with the show's millions of fans. She was also a regular on the popular HBO comedies Mr. Show and The Larry Sanders Show. She has co-starred in several major feature films, including Sunshine Cleaning, Punch-Drunk Love, Firewall and Legally Blonde 2, along with small but memorable turns in Little Miss Sunshine, Road Trip, Dude Where's My Car?, Mysterious Skin and Sweet Home Alabama. Next up is the Meryl Streep comedy Julie & Julia.

Mary Lynn has also lent her talents to the TV series Flight of the Conchords, The Simpsons, The King of Queens, Gilmore Girls and many others.

 

Judy O'Dea

 
JUDY O'DEA (Alena Gray)
will go down in cinema history for her leading role in George Romero's original 1968 thriller Night of the Living Dead, one of the most influential horror movies of all time. Her performance as Barbra (as in "They're coming to get you, Barbra") won her legions of film fans.

Judy is also an accomplished stage actress and has done a great deal of voiceover work for radio. She now runs her own business as a presentation consultant. Claustrophobia brought her out of cinematic retirement for her small but pivotal role as an early target of a mysterious killer.
